Print Form Instructions

Create a "Print" folder on your media to contain all of your print files.

Include a current print card with enough credit for all prints. Each circle represents $1 of print credit.

Flatten all layers in your image files and create outlines or render all fonts. Files with missing fonts WILL be rejected.

Please put your Name, your Phone number and your Email address in this space.

We will try to contact you using this information if there are any problems with your artwork. Please be thorough.

List the File Names for every print in this column.

If you are ordering more than six prints, please use an additional form.

Please request only ONE print per line. If you want multiple prints of the same file, please fill out additional lines.

List the Software and Version for each artwork in this column.

Abbreviations are OK:

PS = Adobe Photoshop.  AI = Adobe Illustrator.  PDF = Adobe Acrobat, etc.

Choose Portrait or Landscape image orientation in this column.

Choose the printer and paper type for your artwork in this section.

Do not select more than one printer or paper type per image file. The paper for HP and Epson printers is not interchangeable.

We will not print on student-supplied paper.

Print and paper samples are on display on the board in the hallway. Please feel free to ask questions.

The Epson Glossy, Somerset and Epson Heavyweight Matte papers are sheet papers and available in their fixed size only.

The 13" Epson Glossy roll, 24" Ilford Glossy roll and 24" Mitsubishi Matte roll can be printed in custom sizes up to 30 feet in length. Please feel free to ask a print technician about other options.
